We do not blend our honey so that each jar will have a subtly different taste depending on which hive it has come from. We believe this gives you the best experience of real honey.

We only use our own honey and all of our honey is traceable back to the hive.

For best results, store your honey with its lid tightly sealed in a cool location (not in the fridge).
All pure honey will granulate, in fact, this change is the best proof of its quality. The speed of granulation very much depends on the source of nectar. Granulated honey can easily be restored to its liquid state by loosening the lid and standing the jar in very warm (not boiling) water until the honey becomes liquid again. Note that doing this with creamed honey will return it to its non-creamed form.
Honey comprises mainly of a conbination of Fructose and Glucose. The percentage of each depends on the source of the nectar the been collected. High glucose honey will granulate substantially quicker than high fructose honey.

Sometimes the glucose content of the honey will granulate quickly an set at the bottom of the jar leaving the fructose honey liquid at the top. This isnt a defect, nor does it mean there is artificial sugars added.
If seperation does occur, then following the instructions on the jar to return the honey to a liquid state then giving the jar a shake will return it to its previous state, if you wish.
